San Ysidro PO Box provides service-based products rather than physical retail products. Because of the nature of mailbox services, forwarding services, and shipping-related transactions, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions.

Some services begin immediately after registration or account activation. Once certain services have been initiated or completed, refunds may no longer be available.

Mailbox Service Refund Policy

Customers purchasing mailbox rental plans may request cancellation according to the terms below.

Eligible Refund Requests

  • The mailbox account has not been activated
  • USPS authorization requirements have not been completed
  • No mail or packages have been received
  • Services have not yet begun
  • The request is submitted within the approved cancellation period

Approved refunds may be issued after review.

Non-Refundable Mailbox Services

Refunds generally will not be issued for:

  • Activated mailbox accounts
  • Completed USPS registration processing
  • Submitted mailbox authorization documentation
  • Active mailbox plans already in use
  • Accounts with received mail or packages
  • Annual fees after service usage begins
  • Administrative processing fees
  • Verification fees

Once a mailbox becomes active and operational, service setup work has already been completed.

Package Receiving Service Policy

San Ysidro PO Box receives packages on behalf of customers from major carriers including:

  • Amazon
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL
  • Other approved delivery providers

Package receiving fees may not be refundable once:

  • Packages have been delivered to our facility
  • Package processing has begun
  • Packages have been logged into our system
  • Customer notifications have been sent

Package Forwarding Policy

Package forwarding requests are processed according to customer instructions.

Once a forwarding request has been submitted and processing begins, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Forwarding fees
  • Carrier shipping charges
  • Customs processing fees
  • Packaging material charges
  • Special handling requests
  • Insurance charges

Once a shipment has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timelines and carrier handling are outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs paid to carriers are generally non-refundable after shipment processing begins.

This includes charges associated with:

  • Domestic shipping
  • International shipping
  • Express shipping
  • Freight services
  • Signature confirmation
  • Insurance services
  • Customs-related processing

Shipping carriers maintain their own service policies and refund requirements.

Package Damage Claims

Customers should inspect packages immediately after delivery.

If a package arrives damaged:

Damage claims may require review with the shipping carrier.

Please understand that San Ysidro PO Box is not responsible for damage caused during transportation after packages have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If a package appears lost:
