Summary of Pre-Christmas Mailbox Special terms

• New customers only.
• One shared mailbox — not five separate mailboxes.
• Up to five authorized individuals, or one business and four authorized representatives, sharing one private mailbox and U.S. street address.
• 15 packages per calendar month for the entire account.
• $3 for each additional package beyond the monthly allowance.
• The allowance resets each calendar month and does not roll over.
• Large packages, oversized items, furniture, pallets, freight and special-handling deliveries cost extra and are priced separately.
• Identification and mailbox-registration documents are required.
• The $360 price applies only to the initial 12-month term; the regular five-person price is $420 per year.
• Renewal occurs under an available regular plan at the then-current price, with advance notice before renewal.
• Registration must be completed by December 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM America/Los_Angeles.

Existing customers who register during the promotion keep their full 12-month term at $360 even after the promotion ends.

Pre-Christmas Promotion Terms

• The promotional price is $360 for the first 12-month service term.
• The standard five-person plan price is $420 per year. The promotion is a genuine reduction from that price, which remains the regular price after the promotion ends.
• This is one shared mailbox account — not five separate mailboxes.
• The promotion is available to new customers who register by December 24, 2026.
• The plan covers up to five authorized individuals, or one business plus up to four authorized representatives.
• The plan does not cover five separate businesses.
• All authorized recipients share one mailbox and one account.
• The entire account shares a total allowance of 15 packages per calendar month.
• The package allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month.
• Unused package allowances do not roll over.
• Each package received after the first 15 in a calendar month costs $3.
• Letters and ordinary mail are governed by the applicable mailbox plan and are not automatically counted as packages unless the existing written plan says otherwise.
• Oversized, unusually heavy, palletized, freight, furniture, or special-handling items are not included in the standard package allowance and are priced separately.
• Please contact the store before sending oversized items or furniture.
• Required identification and mailbox authorization documents must be completed for every person or business receiving mail.
• The promotional price applies only to the initial 12-month term.
• At expiration, the customer must renew under an available regular plan at the then-current price.
• The promotion cannot be combined with another discount unless approved in writing.
• Prohibited, illegal, hazardous, perishable, improperly addressed, or unsafe items may be refused.

Standard Mailbox Plan Terms

These terms apply to our regular mailbox plans. Current plan prices are unchanged and are shown on the Pricing page.

• The stated package allowance applies per account, per calendar month.
• Package allowances do not roll over.
• Any applicable package-overage charge is displayed with the plan before checkout.
• Oversized items, unusually heavy items, furniture, pallets, freight deliveries, and items requiring special handling or extra storage are priced separately.
• Please contact the store before sending large or unusual deliveries.
• Storage charges may apply when packages are not collected within the plan’s included holding period.
• Each recipient must provide the required identification and complete all required authorization documents.
• Only properly authorized recipients or representatives may collect mail and packages.
• Renewal pricing and package allowances are based on the plan selected at renewal.

Package and Oversized-Item Terms

• A “package” is a parcel received on the account’s behalf from any carrier, including Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and other major carriers.
• Letters and ordinary mail are governed by the applicable mailbox plan and are not automatically counted as packages unless the written plan says otherwise.
• Oversized, unusually heavy, palletized, freight, furniture, and special-handling items are not included in any package allowance and are quoted separately.
• Contact the store in advance for any oversized item, pallet, freight delivery or furniture so we can confirm we are able to receive it.
• Storage charges may apply when items are not collected within the plan’s included holding period.
• Prohibited, illegal, hazardous, perishable, improperly addressed, or unsafe items may be refused.

Identification and Authorized Recipients

• Every person or business receiving mail must complete the required mailbox authorization documents and provide valid identification before mail or packages can be released.
• Only properly authorized recipients or representatives may collect mail and packages.
• Authorized individuals on a shared plan share one mailbox and one account.
• Adding or removing an authorized recipient requires updated authorization documents.

Renewal and Expiration

• Promotional pricing applies only to the initial 12-month term.
• At expiration, service renews under an available regular plan at the then-current price.
• Renewal pricing and package allowances are based on the plan selected at renewal.
• Promotions cannot be combined with another discount unless approved in writing.
